| Chalet Arve in Klosters This self-catering chalet apartment with its south and west facing balcony has splendid views comfortably sleeping 6 and comprises 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite), a large sitting room with a dining area and a very well equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms and the sitting room all have their own access to the balcony, which runs round almost the entire exterior of the apartment. Guests can also make private use of the property's own health centre, equipped with jacuzzi, sauna, plunge pool, shower/WC and a relaxation room. However, what really sets this property apart is its location - a mere 5 minutes walk to the Gotschna cable car (even in ski boots!) and the central shopping area of the village. Klosters itself is divided into four villages - Monbiel, Klosters Platz, Klosters Dorf and Serneus. Chalet Arve is situated in Klosters Platz, which is the main village where most of the shops and restaurants are to be found and from where the Gotschna cable car and the railway trains depart. The adjoining Klosters Dorf is equally delightful and connects to its own Madrisa ski area via a gondola cable car system. The whole Klosters / Davos area boasts over 300 km of pistes, 55 lifts which can transport 65,000 people each hour, 3 golf courses, 2 public swimming pools, numerous tennis courts and over 700 km of walking and hiking trails. |
